This original painting is protected by at least three layers of acrylic varnish against fading due to UV rays.
It is sold with a double acid-free white mat of the premium quality (archival grade). The price also includes an acid-free foam board to protect the back of the painting. Both are inserted into a removable transparent acid-free envelope.
The title of the artwork and the artist’s signature are on the back of the painting. An identification label was also glued to the back of the foam board and a certificate of authenticity comes with this painting.

Selling Terms & Conditions
Sale price and delivery of limited edition prints are in Canadian dollars.
The credit cards, Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted through PayPal, one of the most reliable ways to make transactions on the Internet. You do not need a PayPal account to pay by credit card.
Of course, payments with PayPal are accepted.
The entire bill, including the costs towards the country of delivery, must be paid at time of purchase. In the shopping basket, select the appropriate delivery option suiting the destination, either: Canada (default option), United States or Other country.
Purchase of Several Artworks
If you want to buy several artworks in the same order, please contact me so that I can estimate the delivery costs manually. The automated system of the shop unfortunately does not adjust the delivery costs to the quantity bought and you would risk paying more than necessary.
Orders are usually processed within 72 hours of receipt during working days (Monday to Friday) for limited editions printed at a professionnal photo lab.
Parcels are then delivered by Canada Post from Quebec.
Delivery times vary according to your location, and the size of the artworks purchased.
Small paper artworks (10 “x 13” and smaller) that can be safely shipped in a cardboard envelope are those that usually take the least amount of shipping time because they travel by air.
Here is the time estimated by Canada Post for parcels sent by air:
- 3 to 5 days for Canada
- 6 to 12 days for the rest of the world.
Larger artworks that need to be put in a box or those that require more protection (those larger than 10 x 13 in, or those made on wood for example) are shipped by surface transportation (and possibly by boat). The delivery time is then much longer.
Here is the time estimated by Canada Post for surface packages:
- Europe: 1-2 months
- Asia Pacific / Australia: 2-3 months
- Africa: 2-3 months
- South America: 1-2 months
For these packages, the delivery service by air is possible, but the costs are much higher and are not offered in the shop. If you are interested, contact me and I will be able to give you an estimate of the costs and delivery time.
Please note that customs may delay the delivery of your package.
Customs and import fees
The buyer is responsible for customs fees and taxes if applicable in their country.
Damaged item during delivery
Even if orders are always packed with great care, accidents can happen during delivery. If the purchased paintings arrive damaged, please immediately notify me by email. Depending on the case, then I will proceed to a refund or an exchange.
Pictures of the damaged packaging and painting(s) will be requested and will be used for complaint procedures with the carrier.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me by email. You have 10 days from the receipt of the parcel to return me the painting(s).
I will proceed to a full refund of your original purchase through PayPal as soon as I receive the items bought in their original state. The custom fees and/or taxes will not be refunded.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
